Manhattan NY Lodging Accommodations

Hi,

We are a guy and gal that live in a three bedroom apartment. Our third small bedroom is available for rent. The rent is $750.00 and includes utilities (i.e. – cable electric, secure high speed wireless connection). It is on a 5th floor walk up. You also get use of the living room which is a descent size and a seperate kitchen. Long or short term people okay. The room is furnished with a loft bed, desk, and shelves; but all of that stuff can also be taken out if you want your own things, or want something different.

The building is nice in a descent area. We are less than a block away from the laundromat, and three blocks away from the express/local trains (96th/Broadway – 1, 2, and 3 trains). So it is an easy commute to midtown and downtown. We are walking distance to Central Park and Riverside Park too. Banks, bars, delis, restaurants, etc. are everywhere.
