Our lease ends on October 31st and my roommates are moving out – one is getting married and the other is moving downtown. So there are two bedrooms available in a large three bedroom apartment with two bathrooms on Riverside Drive (UWS/Harlem).

The apartment is in excellent condition and very large for NYC standards with lots of exposed brick and wooden flooring. The apartment is private as no bedroom has adjoining walls. Both bedrooms have a fitted closet. There is a large kitchen and large combined dining area/living room.

I’m sociable and looking for roommates who like to socialize but don’t bring the party home. 

You’ll be sharing the apartment with a young professional, who works full time in the city.

The apartment is in a great location on Riverside Drive on the UWS/Harlem border. Nearby is Riverside Park, Columbia University, City College, Fairway, and some nice bars and restaurants (Covo and Dinosaur BBQ). The #1 train is only two blocks away. 



The rooms are available beginning on November 1st. The new roommates must pay a two-month security deposit (it’ll be about $1930 and is paid to the management company) and sign onto the lease (the lease renews on November 1st). Monthly rent will be about $965. Con Ed and internet combined are about $45 per
 month.

Attached are a few photos. There’s one of the living room and kitchen. There are a few photos of the bedroom, which is a bit spartan since the current occupant is med student doing a residency in surgery.

The living area features a sectional couch which can be converted into a sofabed large enough to sleep 2 additional adults.
