Hi there,

I am seeking a studio apartment to move in the end of April. My max is 800 without utilities but with utilities I can stretch it to 900 if possible. Preferably I would like to stay in Queens. I know the neighborhood and my church is in Queens. If you have studios available in Jackson Heights or Elmhurst area in or around the 74th St Roosevelt Avenue transportation area, within a 5 block radius of the subway. And I will also consider Forest Hills, Kew Gardens, or Briarwood by the F train line.
In addition, I will not mind Brooklyn but near to the subway preferably express trains and shopping. Areas of Brooklyn I would like but can be expensive but thought I throw it out there; Brooklyn Heights, Park Slope, Clinton Hill, Windor Terrace, Prospect Heights, Carroll Gardens.
I will also consider a basement studio apt only if it is legal and up to code. Also, I wouldn’t mind a rent stabilized apartment. My credit is fair and I have a stable job. I have great personal and employment references. I will not mind paying a affordable fee for a agent/broker if they found what I am looking for in my price range if need be.
