This is a private, fully furnished apartment in the East Village, located on the corner of 9th street and 1st avenue.
It gives you the comfort of staying in your own apartment while you visit New York city, while enjoying the stylishness of a boutique hotel.

The space is sunny and decorated in a modern, tasteful way.
It is 260 square feet, with the original fireplace, hardwood floors and tall windows.
There is a 32″ flat screen TV, a home theater system, a desktop computer.
WiFi and cable TV with HBO is included.
In the kitchen area there is a stove, a fridge, a coffee maker. The bathroom has a full tub and shower
The bed is Queen size, linens and towels are provided.

This is a separate apartment, not a share.

2 people maximum. No pets. No smoking

The rate is $175/ per night, which is all-inclusive, there are no additional fees.
I do not need an advance deposit. Payment is upon arrival when I meet you and give you the keys.
