Our apartment is a beautiful, PRIVATE, apartment in the West 80s, just off Central Park West on the Upper West Side. Sleeps up to four using the queen sized bed and fold down couch.
The apartment is located on West 82nd Street between Columbus and Central Park West, one block from the Museum of Natural History, a one minute walk to Central Park and one block from the subway (A/B/C/D and 1/2/3 lines). The apartment was renovated a year ago.
You get the ENTIRE apartment. It is all private. There is a couch that folds down into a very comfortable queen-sized bed, end tables, large closet, NEW Queen sized bed, nightstand, alarm clock, and a dresser in the main room. We have Digital cable HDTV, DVD player, wireless high-speed internet and an IPod Dock. There is air conditioning.
The apartment has full bathroom with tub, and a fully equipped kitchen , with oven and refrigerator, that has plates, cups, cutlery and basic cooking equipment.
This is a NO SMOKING apartment. Bedding, linens and towels are provided.
The apartment is within walking distance to Central Park, Lincoln Center, American Museum of Natural History, Broadway Theaters, Fifth Avenue, Tiffany’s, Saks, MoMA, Sony AMC theatre, Time Warner Center, Rockefeller Center, Trump Tower and more, and is ten minutes to Columbia University and Midtown, 20 minutes to Downtown.

Location Chelsea / Meatpacking

This is a charming and very comfortable, small, floor through studio apartment in the heart of Manhattan’s Chelsea district. It features a lovely garden/courtyard view from the two front windows. Facing the garden it is a very quiet and peaceful accommodation for one or two guests. It is on the third floor of a walk up building (two flights up).

There is a new and very comfortable queen-sized. There is a small but separate, fully functional kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer (small), cookware, cutlery and dishes. There is one full bath with tub/shower combination. The apartment is simply decorated with comfortable and contemporary furnishings. The owner is a personal chef and for an extra charge can provide private breakfasts, lunches or dinners upon request and with ample notice.

It is in the heart of Chelsea only steps to galleries, restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping as well as to the Midtown, Greenwich Village and the Meatpacking District. It is also very convenient to major public transportation including the 1, 2, 3, A, C and E Subway lines as well busses.
