(Bring earplugs or sleep with window shut as the street is quite noisy, but PERFECT for students and visitors who wish to be in the best neighborhood. CHEAPER than a hotel and SAFE.

I have 2 Roomates, but I doubt you’ll even see them once.
The space if very small but not the room – the room is regular size. (Walk-in Kitchen as most places in this neighborhood)
Will be around tonight and tomorrow to show room and you should probably move in OCT 1ST to get your money’s worth.
