I will be studying (architecture) at Columbia for a semester in the fall and will need housing for those 4 months. Would like to live with Columbia students if possible.

Looking for a single room (not interested in sharing a bedroom) within walking distance of Columbia. Only interested in apartments within a 15 short block distance of Columbia (below 130th st and above 100th st) and 2 or 3 avenue distance (riverside, broadway, amsterdam and columbus – nothing further east).

I need kitchen access and I need to be able to store my bike in my room. I would move in on sept 1. and leave by december 15-20 but will pay for the full month. Trying to stay under 900 per month but ideally would be paying around 800.

Fully furnished is preferable (at least a room with a bed and some storage space available to me) but am open to unfurnished rooms.

A little about me – I’m organized and respectful (will likely be spending a great deal of time at the architecture studio doing work), but I’m also pretty laid back and like to have a good time. Please let me know if you have any availability.
