This is a fantastically located, huge loft with one bedroom, one-additional semi-private sleeping area, one full bath and one half bath. It is a great accommodation for up to eight guests in the true heart of Manhattan’s SOHO district. Quietly overlooking Broadway with a wall of double-pained windows, the spacious loft comprises the entire third floor with a secure elevator opening directly into the living room. The space is formerly a large artist studio and was converted with excellent appointments into a wonderful residential space. The entire front of the loft is a large open plan living dining kitchen area.

The bedroom and other semi private sleeping area are located in the rear of the space making them very quiet. In the bedroom is a king-sized bed, which can be divided into two singles upon request. In the second smaller sleeping area is a queen-sized bed. There is an additional semi-private sleeping area in the front of the loft with a queen sized sofa bed. In the living area is also a queen-sized sofa bed.

The large cook’s kitchen is very well appointed with a six-burner Wolf stove, SubZero refrigerator/freezer and KitchenAid dishwasher.
