This big beautiful loft has tons of space (1075 sq/ft) and consists of the whole 3rd floor of a building with only myself and one other tenant. YES THIS IS A SHARE FOR 10 DAYS. It very private, quiet, safe, and secure. It is only minutes from the 6 train and is MUCH closer to the brand new target, best buy, costco and marshalls on 117th st. Also everything here is brand new (floors, appliances (stainless steel), bathroom, etc.)and is very neat and clean. If you are coming in to town for a short stay and would like to live bigger and better (for 1 to 10 days) than the typical life of a new yorker on a a budget, this is the place for you. All you need to do is have common common sense and courtesy. In other words pick up after yourself and don’t bring the party home. Place is shown incomplete but is fully furnished. All you need are your clothes and toiletries, however if you have things to ad there is definitely the space for it.

Near A express train which is 25-30 min. to Columbus Circle, 40 min to DT. Park your car in one of several lots and you can take off on the West Side Hwy or FDR to get to the airport. Previous tenants have enjoyed this superb location along with the benefits of having their own little enclave without having to commit to a 1 yr. lease, pay application fees or obtain board approval, while saving on hotel costs. General housekeeping, cable & utilities are included in the rent.
