Hi guys! Im 27 m, gay, professional thats looking for a place in manhattan. I have good credit and am dependable, never late paying anything. I currently live on the UWS and my room mate found a place of his own, and the woman we were subletting from wants her apt back for her daughter. I’m looking to live with a guy or girl, straight or gay. I’m a guys guy, very polite and courteous, sorta ex frat type , but not a tool. Like to keep to myself yet would want to hang out with my room mate(s) every now and then. I work afternoons/evenings/weekends. The gym is one of my hobbies, then again so is Family Guy. I’m a working professional writer and web designer.
I’m looking for a furnished room on the west side of Manhattan (up to mid-50’s/HK/Clinton).

My current roommate is lovely and we get along great, but her mom filed for divorce and is coming to NYC, so I need to find a new place to live.

I work at home, but occasionally go to meetings at a marketing agency in Chelsea.
OR… I might be working full-time in midtown for the next 6 months. Will hear this week.

I’ve been in New York since June now, and finally got a full-time job and am looking for an apartment and a roommate to share it with. I’d like to live anywhere downtown pretty much. My budget is around $1100. Definitely looking to move in by Dec 1, earlier is better if possible. I don’t already have a place – email me if you’re interested in the apartment HUNT.

Hi there! I’m looking to rent ASAP for at least 2 months. I’m willing to be flexible with my move-in/ move-out date. I will *not* consider apts outside of Manhattan or above 96 st.

I am a young female professional, graduated from NYU. I work in consulting, so I’m usually away around 2 nights per week (otherwise, I work in FiDi). Look for a room in the city to stay, short or long term is ok, always can sign a lease. Can start any time in Nov.

About myself: 20s female work FT 9-6 in midtown, master degree and CPA with stable income. Usually hit the gym after work. I also play tennis and run. Not a party person and don’t bring party home.
