I recently renovated my 2-bed, 2-bathroom condo into a 1-bed 1-bath and studio 1-bath apartment. The studio is for rent. The entrance hallway and kitchen are shared. This unique arrangement, which would be officially classified as a roommate share but which gives you most of the privacy you would have with a completely separate apartment but at a significant discount.

The studio has:
- It’s own luxury bathroom with white italian marble all around
- Sunny southern exposure with downtown views
- Sliding door that leads directly onto a balcony
- New brazilian hardwood floors
- Ample closet space
- @500 sq ft
- Furnished with king size bed, bookshelves, dining table etc.

Kitchen consists of stainless steel GE profile appliances, granite countertops and real hardwood cabinets.

The building is a luxury doorman building on E 86th St. It is 1.5 blocks from the 86th St subway stop that has local (6) and express trains (4,5) and is a couple of minutes walk from Central Park. The building also has a roof deck, private lobby garden, bicycle room and laundry.

Amazing location steps away from many useful amenities: NYSC and Equinox gym, Pure Yoga Studio, Starbucks, Barnes and Noble, multiple grocery stores, all kinds of restaurants (a plethora of great Sushi bars, Italian, French, Thai etc.)

No pets or smokers please.
