Hi there! I am looking to sublet ASAP for at least two months (maybe longer). I will *not* consider apts outside of Manhattan or above 96 st.

I am a young female professional, graduated from NYU. I work in consulting, so I’m usually away around 2 nights per week (otherwise, I work in FiDi). I also go home to my parents’ sometimes and I won’t have much stuff. I am respectful, trustworthy, and clean – I can provide references from my former roommates upon request. I can also send you my Facebook/LinkedIn.

Also:
- I’m a native NYer
- I won’t ‘bring the party home’
- I’m neat and responsible

Neighborhoods I’d consider are:
Battery Park, FiDi, Flatiron, Gramercy, Greenwich Village, Nolita/Bowery, SoHo, Tribeca, Union Square

The apartment MUST be close to the subway (no more than 2 blocks or 10 mins)

Live in the best part of the East Village … Alphabet City!

We’re looking for an awesome roommate to join us at our spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath place in the East Village (Ave C and 7th). The apartment is super spacious for NYC standards and has 2 nice sized bathrooms, the room can fit a queen and a dresser and the living room is large enough for entertaining (dinner parties, dance parties etc).

About Us: We’re mid to late 20s professional females who work in social media. We’re responsible but fun and enjoy hanging out when we can (cooking, going out etc). One is recently moved out her for work from California, the other has lived in the city for the last few years. The ideal roommate works full time, is responsible about paying their bills on time, considerate in the common areas and friendly.

We’re looking for a room mate who is similar to us. Prefer a female, but open to males if you’re the right guy.

Showing the place on the evening of the 1st and 2nd. You can move in right away.

Near L train, F Train and crosstown buses.
No laundry in building but literally next door.
Great restaurants/bars … total neighborhood feel.
Close to EV night light, Soho and LES are very close as well.
Near East River Park, Tompkin Square Park and Community Gardens
Monthly rent is $1325 + Utilities (about 30 ish each).
Security deposit of $1325 is also needed at move in.

There is no lease, but we’re looking for someone who will stay for a year … will consider 6 months.

I am looking for clean and tidy room mates to sublet two rooms in my three bed room apartment.
I am a woman in my mid thirties and I am a working full-time student. I am looking for roommates who are respectable, clean and mature. I have a three bedroom apartment on W141st on the Upper West Side in an apartment building with two unfurnished rooms available. The building sits on a quiet block, opposite a school and there is a laundromat in the building. The large room has two large windows and the smaller one has one large window. The rooms have large closets and hardwood floors and are ready to be occupied immediately.

Both of the rooms are ($585 each) included of utilities. To move in, asking one months security and one months Rent.

I am looking for someone who is clean and who always cleans up after themselves. An ideal candidate would be someone:

who is drugs and drama free who knows how to live with other people and is mindful of sharing space, mature and impeccably clean.

Other two roommates are 30+ professionals, one male, one female–both independent, fun, respectful, work in music & have day jobs. Looking for someone comfortable with small spaces, respectful, reasonably tidy, on-time with rent, and who doesn’t make too much noise, bring too many people over, or have pets.

$800/mo. including utilities (gas/electric, cable, wireless internet). One month security deposit required. Available for move in Nov. 1. Total move in cost is:
