Our apartment is 2 blocks from Jennifer Aniston’s new home, on arguably the best block in the city (West 12th and West 4th). We pay $3k/month in rent here, so hope to find something nice and located in the French Quarter, New Orleans.

It’s huge for a 1 bedroom (technically 2 bedrooms we knocked a wall out of and built a walk in closet; our neighbors have 5-7 people living in the same size space as ours!).

Hope to do a swap for any time in August (or even late July, flexible) – ideally PET FRIENDLY as we have 2 small dogs we’d like to bring with us (pomeranians, so very clean, don’t shed or chew things, very dainty dogs).

I attended grad school in NOLA and my boyfriend owns a home there Uptown, but its rented out full time now, so we’d like to do a swap for a short visit! Our rent here is $3000, so we’d like something nice, and in the Quarter.

Email with any further inquiries, we live here as a couple, with 2 dogs, so its a large space. Have wifi, 50″ LCD TV, DVD player, time warner cable.

Fifth floor walk up (which gives you a great view of the village and cobblestone street of West 12th below, as seen in photo).

Short walk to the clubs in the Meatpacking at night (I always walk home alone), heart of the West Village. One block from the 123, a few blocks from the ACE and L, 5 min walk to Hudson River Park.

Four Poster Queen size bed, huge kitchen with dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, oven, stove, full size fridge. Walk in closet (although we’d likely leave most clothes), large living room with faux fireplace/mantle, full bath, two entrances to the apartment, etc.
