We will swap for 1 week to 2 months.
We are a couple with a 7 month old baby. Looking for another responsible family or couple that wants to swap there apartment or home for our house in Saint Augustine Beach.

I would love for a month but will also do it weekly (1, 2 or 4 weeks) We are very responsible and expect the same. We have a great neighborhood but this is not a hotel but our home. Its fine if you want to party, sit out back at night and have drinks and such. But no frat boys, LOL!

Our home is on the water (not the ocean but the Intracoastal water way) Out the back is a endless view of a beautiful waterway where sailboats pass. If you like Kayak or fishing you can do it right out of the backyard if you like. You can barbecue right on the back porch to beautiful sunsets every night. The house is small but clean and very nice you will be happy.

The beach is right across the street, you can take our bicycles there or walk in minutes. It a beautiful white sand beach and very unique because if you like you can drive a car right on the beach here. You can ride a bicycle to many great little casual restaurants, surf shops, and other shops.

Downtown ST Augustine is filled with history and art and a beautiful town.

We are about 1 1/2 hr ride to disney are if you are interested in going to the attractions in Orlando.

I am looking for a safe place to stay with my wife and 7 month old baby. I am considering swapping in April May June. Message me with your information if you are interested and please do not message with out a phone if you are truly interested. Lets cut the bull and get talking about it now
