- Lived in Buenos Aires for 15 months & Madrid for 9 months.

- Financially responsible – great credit and references.
- Take full advantage of cities’ offerings: cultural activities, diverse gastronomy & cosmopolitan population.
- Love relaxing with a glass of wine and just enjoying the simple moments of life with friends — old & new.
- Practice yoga, enjoy any outdoor activity (biking, running, swimming, walking, skiing, etc.), and dance (currently contemporary, West African and Latin).

- Room in shared apartment or house starting November 1.
- Short-term or month-to-month are completely fine, but can also sign a year lease, if necessary.
