My husband and I are traveling to New York in May 2011. We are looking to exchange our appartment in Paris (France) for an appartment in NYC.

We offer a 1 bedroom appartment (56m²) with a nice balcony in the 18th arrondissement (walking distance from Montmartre). The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, yet with all amenities all around (market, bakeries, groceries, cafés, restaurants).
Close to the metro – 6 stops (12 minutes) from the Champs Elysées.

It has:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed & flat screen TV
- 1 bathroom with bathtub & shower
- Full kitchen with washer & dryer
- 1 living room with a sofa (sleeps 2), dining table for 6, TV with cable, WIFI

We are a young couple, both working in marketing & sales.
