One large, private room available in this large split, one bedroom. Common areas include galley kitchen, dining area and bathroom. The room is unfurnished and has lots of natural light with access to the fire escape and a huge closet. The neighborhood is beautiful! Two blocks from Indian Hill Park, there is no street noise, this is a wonderful community with great restaurants and a farmers market on saturday mornings just blocks away. Close to the A (at 207) and 1 (at 215) it is a half hour to midtown and you always get a seat on the A train. There are new, clean laundry facilities in the basement and a live in super. The building is art deco and has a lot of personality.

About ME: 28, gay male with a full-time job in Lincoln Center. I work most nights and weekends but am home during the day. I am very clean, like to cook and am generally a great roommate. I am also a classical singer and practice in the apartment during the day.

About YOU: young professional with a nine to five or full-time student preferred. No pets, no smokers, no drugs or parties. Clean, respectful and responsible. One months rent, one months security to move in. $750/month not including utilities (electric and internet totaling about $70/month). Available November first or before, I would prefer a long term sublet, one year would be great.
