I am a professional and mature 25 year old gay male looking for a room in a 2 BR in Manhattan as of April 1st.
My preferred neighborhoods are: Chelsea, SoHo, Hell’s Kitchen, but open to other neighborhoods too depending on the deal.
My budget is $800/month maximum. I am looking for a month-to-month agreement. (This could be long term or short term but at least a period of 3 months.)
The place has to be clean, sunny, spacious with closets, and private. Shared kitchen and bathroom are OK.
I am a normal person. I like sports, music, reading. I am in the medical field.
I will be in NYC on March 7th to start checking out places and will be willing to move in on April 1st.
