My lease ends April 30th as does my boyfriends. We will be moving in together, but we are clueless as to when to start looking for a decent 2 bedroom apart in the mid-to upper east side (no further than 86th). Can we lock something down by early April? Is that unheard of here in NYC since everything is so “last minute?”
