So, about OUR apartments The rates are $200/night for the private apartment
and $100/night for a small guest room that shares a kitchen, living room and two
bathrooms with two other guest rooms. Only pictures of the private apartment are
shown below. Pictures of the guest room can be sent upon request.

We are Nathan and Rebecca Bliss. We are singer/songwriters living in New York
City, and we also take care of two apartments in the East Village for short term
and vacation rental. We used to live in the building, but rent was so expensive
(due to the popularity of the neighborhood) we had to move to Brooklyn! You will
probably notice many famous musicians and actors on our block in throughout the neighborhood!

We are very clean, have no pets, and try to provide a very peaceful, relaxing
environment in a very busy, sometimes chaotic city!

We do ALL of the cleaning ourselves, and we are very careful to leave no surface, corner or cabinet untouched. We do all the laundry, scrub the floors,
toilets, refrigerator, and pride ourselves on leaving the apartment sparkly
clean after each visit. We think you’ll agree

The bed and breakfast allows our guest to partake in a daily breakfast in
this “common area” on the first floor of the building. It’s self-serve and stays
open all day for your snacking convenience!

A peaceful atmosphere pervades this beautiful one bedroom private apartment
located in the heart of the East Village (East 3rd Street between 1st Avenue and
2nd Avenue). This is not a share, but your very own apartment; a place to relax
and re-energize as you enjoy all that New York has to offer. Amenities include a
full private bathroom and kitchen (gas range/oven, microwave, fridge,
dishwasher, plates, bowls, cups, glasses and silverware), A/C, two queen beds,
spacious closets, and fresh linens. There is no television in the apartment,
but there’s so much to do in NYC we doubt you’ll miss it!

Surrounded by great restaurants, cool shops, music venues and attractions, the
building and neighborhood are very safe, with a constant flow of foot traffic at
all hours. It’s a 10 minute walk to Washington Sq. Park, the West Village, Astor
Place, Union Square, Soho, Chinatown, Little Italy and the Lower East Side.
Located just two blocks is the F train which will take you to Midtown/Times
Square, Rockefeller Center, Empire State Building and Central Park all within 15
minutes!
This classic New York style apartment with exposed brick and hardwood floors is
clean and quiet but near the action- a perfect home base for exploring the city!

Rates are $200/night, and that includes all taxes,
surcharges and fresh linens. In addition we do charge a ONE TIME $100
cleaning/utilites fee to cover costs of laundry, cleaning supplies, apartment
accessories and utilities. This will help us provide you with a clean and
comfortable place to stay.

The only requests we have are that you don’t smoke or cook meat in the
apartment.

Check-in is anytime after 3pm, and check-out is at 11am.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
We can offer a 50% refund up to four weeks before the scheduled reservation. If
the reservation is canceled less than 4 weeks from the start date of the
reservation, we cannot refund the deposit. As you may imagine, it can be very
hard to fill the apartment at the last minute.

For check-ins after 10pm we charge a $20 late check-in fee.

PENTHOUSE APARTMENT-

cable/DVD/CD player, all stainless steel appliances, full private bath, and
wireless internet. Fully air conditioned. The apartment sleeps four people
comfortably, as the couch pictured in the living room opens up into a bed. Fresh
linens and fluffy white towels provided. Access to public roofdeck as well
(pictured at the bottom).

SHANTI SUITE-

Amenities include: cozy, sleek and stylish furnishings, full
kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator, hardwood floors and
exposed brick, flat screen TV with cable, DVD/CD player, full private bath,
wireless internet and some suites have washers and dryers. Fully air
conditioned. The apartment sleeps four people comfortably, as the couch pictured
in the living room opens up into a bed. Fresh linens and fluffy white towels
provided. Access to public roofdeck as well (pictured at the bottom).

Divinity Apartment-

For our economically-minded guests, the Divinity apartment is a
simple yet very cozy, clean and fully functional apartment. Amenities include
two double beds, full private bath, exposed brick and hardwood floors, full
kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator, and of course, access
to our public roofdeck. Fully air conditioned. Fresh linens and fluffy white
towels provided.

BREAKFAST AREA:

ROOF DECK :

We require 40% of the overall total as a deposit to hold the apartment
with the remainder paid upon arrival. There is a $100 cleaning and
administration fee added to the final cost. We offer discounts on weeklong
stays.
We can offer a refund of the deposit minus a $100 fee up to two weeks before the scheduled reservation. If the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days from the start date of the reservation, we cannot refund any the deposit. As you may imagine, it can be very hard to fill the apartment at the last minute.

There is a $20 late night fee for check-ins after 10pm.

We ask that guests do not smoke or cook meat in the apartment, and that guests
be clean and considerate.

3 times a week we assemble a team to serve out food to the homeless in Thompkins
Square Park, about 5 blocks away. Guests are welcome to join, but it is of
course NOT required!
