My wife, baby and I need a private space to live next week (10/2-7). I am a math teacher at Bronx Center for Science and Mathematics. I have been commuting from western NJ while we looked for a place to live. We got an apartment but the management company is making us wait another week for an appointment to sign the lease. Your roommates would be a 35yo gay market researcher, a female Japanese translator and a Columbia Presbyterian scientist. We don’t have a TV here and we don’t want one–watch Hulu in your room if you’re so inclined, but the common spaces are kept pretty quiet.

Medical students, graduate students from Columbia–especially in the hard sciences–and generally mindful, gainfully employed people are encouraged to apply. One-year sublease, starting 10/1–credit check, first + last month + one month deposit. So, $1,575 to move in.
