The building has 3 elevators, 24 hours security guards, Laundromat on the second floor, and is close to all city buses, the 1 and A Subway, and blocks from the port authority terminal at the George Washington Bridge. Across the street from the library and the post office is only one block away. Facilities are cleaned weekly if interested in using our cleaning lady you must ask her.
About me:
Hard working very clean individual, I don’t have any rodents or roaches in the apartment, so I would like to keep it that way . Very hospitable but very strict with my rules of safety. Gay friendly, but I am not gay No drug use or smoking in your rooms.
I keep a tranquil environment so cooperation is appreciated.
No one brings the party here so cooperation is appreciated and enforced.

Hi,

I’m a female in my 20s working full time looking for an apartment share. Preferred move in date: Nov 1st. I’m looking at the following neighborhoods but I’m flexible: Harlem, Inwood, Washington Heights, Sunnyside, Woodside, Astoria, etc. I am responsible, will pay rent on time, can provide references, will do my share of cleaning/upkeep of the apartment. I’m also laidback, don’t mind if you entertain or have people spend the night sometimes- after all, we’re all adults. I would say that I am not a neat freak but that I appreciate cleanliness and will maintain that. I’m not a very loud person and won’t bring the party home so you won’t have to worry about that. Basically, I am looking for a comfortable living environment- one in which I can be friendly with my roommate(s), get to know him/her, not have it be awkward. We don’t need to be best friends and I respect personal space/ privacy, but I’d rather not live in an environment where I feel like I’m living with a stranger.

I enjoy cooking (and I like to share), movies, relaxing with friends, reading, exploring, learning new things.
I’m looking for a longer term situation.
I don’t smoke and would prefer if you didn’t either but if you smoke outside, that’s cool. I don’t have any pets but okay living with some.
