Roommate Open House Today 730pm to see the apartment.

We were looking at the 6-BR apartment and that got rented yesterday, so we’re on to plan B and need one more person for a 5-BR 2.5 BA Apartment priced at $4495

Any good roommates out here? We’re looking for a few good people to live with. You HAVE to come see this apartment. We want a few fantastic roommates who want to live with a laid back and chill normal sane people! Small dogs allowed. Non-smokers only. M or F is fine. All we ask is that you’re employed and make $35K or more to qualify for the apartment. We’re all 20-something employed professionals and will be meeting everyone this evening.

Hello Craigslist

I’ve been helping plenty of people find a roommate and now it’s my turn. I’m looking for someone to move in and renew the lease with me for 12-months starting March 1st. She’s almost two and loves loves loves to play! She loves other dogs and loves everyone. Completely house-trained and 100% adorable!

We have a 1000+ Sq Ft Roofdeck, Full Time Doorman and Concierge Service, Washer and Dryer IN the apartment, Dishwasher, SS Appliances and a HUGE open concept split room living space. Your room is on one side, mine is on the other side and we’re separated by the Living Room/Kitchen. This kitchen is absolutely amazing and I love entertaining and putting it to good use. Dinner parties and wine parties are definitely my forte.

You have a Private Bathroom, Walk in Closet, and your bedroom measures 10 x 14 (plus the walk in closet). It is a HUGE Apartment and a Fantastic room.

Easy application process with only a $65 Application Fee. Total Rent is $3030. I pay $1580 and have the Master Suite. Cable and Electric run $250-$350 per month which is easily affordable between the two of us.

I will also consider short-term 3-6 months and rent the room fully furnished AND all Utilities for $1700 per month
