Beautiful and elegantly appointed 2,500 square foot loft with a spectacular view of the Empire State Building.

There is a Master Bedroom and two smaller bedrooms, one with a queen sized loft bed, one with a single bed and an additional loft bed. The loft has a lovely living room, full dining room and kitchen. Apartment has unlimited outgoing phone call usage.

The loft can comfortably accomodate 4 people, but we can host an additional 2 people for an extra $75 per night, per person. (Maximum number of people is 6.)

Conveniently located in the center of Manhattan, this acocomdation is great for shopping, going to Broadway theaters, the Jacob Javits Convention Center and general sightseeing. Chelsea, the Flatiron district, Gramercy Park are a short stroll away. Macy’s, Times Square and famous 5th Avenue are all right here. Most major public transportation is also within a few short blocks.

Renters are asked be extremely respectful of this beautiful property. It is a special and very well tended home. No gatherings or visitors and no smoking.

For check-in time of 9:00 PM or later, there is a $100.00 additional charge.
