This is a wonderful apartment in a great location in New York. It’s close to the subway to travel uptown or downtown for sightseeing, and there’s loads to visit in the areas around the apartment too. This is a fabulous little apartment. Really conveniently located near the F subway line. Easy 20 minute walk to Soho and surrounded by loads and loads of cool bars, shops, gym, yoga and if you must… Katz’s Deli is nearby, although I highly recommend going to Ross and Daughter instead.

This is a small, trendy, cute and clean studio that fits right in with the Lower East Side! Everything has been custom built and designed and you will be very comfortable. It is small (200 sq feet) so it is perfect for a couple or two friends traveling. I have a queen-size ottoman style bed and a fold out bench/cot.

Other amenities include wireless internet, cable. flat screen TV, AC and fan, closet, full bathroom, linens and bedding, and full kitchen for cooking. The location is amazing, 2 blocks from the 2nd avenue stop on the F train and in the middle of all the restaurants, shops and clubs.

In the Center Greenpoint , 4 stops to Manhattan, less then 1 min walk to the subway, buses, stores.

The best thing about this apartment is the location and convenience.
$1160 All UTILITIES INCLUDED. A very,very large, sunny room,14 x 17 high ceiling, two windows, is furnished. Room HAS OWN SEPARATE PRIVATE ENTRANCE WITH LOCK. (Building has a sprinkler system, so rooms can be legally lock). Kitchen and very large modern bathroom is shared with one person (living there 4 years). It is furnished and include: a bed with bookshelf, a wardrobe, desk, dresser, night table or could come empty. It is freshly painted, a new floor, very clean. All services including quick replacement of any broken items in the apartment I am always available and ready to help. THIS BUILDING HAD ABSOLUTELY NO HISTORY OF BEDBUGS !!!!!!!! AND ROACHES. THE BUILDING HAS NEVER HAD BEDBUGS, AND THE LANDLORD DOES NOT WANT THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a lovely 4 stories house that’s shared by creative and academic types. All of the necessary pots, pans, utensils and dishes are provided. Apartment building located just off the corner from the India Street entrance of the G subway line Greenpoint Ave station and 2 blocks away from the Brooklyn waterfront with outstanding views of Manhattan. There’s a 24-hour convenience store on the corner and The Garden grocery, three blocks away, offers first-rate organic produce and health food. You will love this very safe neighborhood. This room to rent is located in a beautiful area, on one of the nicest blocks of Greenpoint. Single person, no couples. No pets. We are looking for responsible tenants that will take care of the apartment so it will stay as beautiful as they received it.

The apartment is perfectly charming, extremely quiet, fully furnished. There is a separate eat in kitchen that is fully stocked. The furniture is high end traditional, original art on walls, plenty of mirrors give bright and modern effect. Original oak trim throughout and many architectural details. Internet, flat screen TV, stereo in place. It is available now, minimum 2 months and can be longer with flexible terms. No real estate fee. The building is a very attractive New York townhouse, quiet, all professional, perfectly clean and maintained. If you need a short-term home now in a wonderful space, this is worth considering.

2 people maximum.

The rate is $175 per night, all included ; there are no other additional fees.
I do not require an advance deposit. I accept payment upon arrival, when I will meet you to give you the keys.
