is air-conditioned. Two dresser drawers are available for clothes and open closet area for hanging clothes.

Smoking is permitted. Telephone use is allowed for domestic long-distance, but no international long-distance.

The loft is conveniently located for shopping, theaters, and sightseeing. Chelsea, Flatiron, Gramery Park and Midtown area are a short stroll away as are Macy’s, Times Square and famous Fifth Avenue. Most major transportation is also within a few short blocks.

Due to precious articles in the apartment, children between the ages of 14 months to 6 years old are not permitted.
