I am looking for a room to rent in NYC …I am a nice, respectful, and clean roomate… I work a full time job downtown… I am looking for something short term(3-6 mos), which if works out, could turn long term…Pls let me know if you are interested thanks!

• The apartment is 1200 sq. ft. and consists of 3 full bedrooms (SEE NOTE BELOW) and two full bathrooms. You share bath with only one roommate – the other roommate has her own.

*****NOTE: You are sharing this huge apartment with ONLY ONE ROOMMATE – who is there only during the week most of the time and the other roommate/owner IS A PART TIMER THERE ONLY 2 NIGHTS A MONTH – which means you get to enjoy this great space most of the time by yourself !!!!!
