Come enjoy a peaceful stay at one of our cozy, clean apartments at the Sanctuary
Guest House.  I am Kathleen Cook, and I help with booking at the Sanctuary Guest House. Feel free to ask for references from previous guests.

This is like having your very own private apartment for a more affordable price than any hotel in Manhattan.

If you choose to take advantage of our complimentary breakfast each morning, you will enjoy a variety of teas, fresh fruits, cereals, breads and jams, juice, milk and coffee, all served in our private breakfast area which is openthroughout the day for your convenience (picture below).

We offer comfort and style within a few blocks from the fashionable SoHo
district and are within walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants, trendy shops, and sophisticated bars. This is the ideal location to conduct business or enjoy the art galleries, theaters, museums, and night life in the
East Village, Chinatown, or Little Italy.

Located just 3 blocks away is the F Train which will take you to Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Empire State Building, and Central Park all within 15
minutes.

PENTHOUSE APARTMENT-

Amenities include: luxurious and stylish furnishing, high celings and a skylight, private roofdeck, full kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher
and refrigerator, marble bathroom, washer and dryer, flat screen TV with cable/DVD/CD player, all stainless steel appliances, full private bath, and
wireless internet. Fully air conditioned. The apartment sleeps four people comfortably, as the couch pictured in the living room opens up into a bed. Fresh linens and fluffy white towels provided. Access to public roofdeck as well (pictured at the bottom).

SHANTI SUITE-

Amenities include:  cozy, sleek and stylish furnishings, full kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator, hardwood floors and
exposed brick, flat screen TV with cable, DVD/CD player, full private bath, wireless internet and some suites have washers and dryers. Fully air
conditioned. The apartment sleeps four people comfortably, as the couch pictured
in the living room opens up into a bed. Fresh linens and fluffy white towels provided. Access to public roofdeck as well (pictured at the bottom).

Divinity Apartment-

For our economically-minded guests, the Divinity apartment is a
simple yet very cozy, clean and fully functional apartment. Amenities include two double beds, full private bath, exposed brick and hardwood floors, full
kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator, and of course, access to our public roofdeck. Fully air conditioned. Fresh linens and fluffy white
towels provided.

BREAKFAST AREA:

ROOF DECK :

We require 40% of the overall total as a deposit to hold the apartment with the remainder paid upon arrival. There is a $100 cleaning and
administration fee added to the final cost. We offer discounts on weeklong stays.
We can offer a refund of the deposit minus a $100 fee up to two weeks before the scheduled reservation. If the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days from the start date of the reservation, we cannot refund any the deposit. As you may imagine, it can be very hard to fill the apartment at the last minute.

There is a $20 late night fee for check-ins after 10pm.

We ask that guests do not smoke or cook meat in the apartment, and that guests
be clean and considerate.

3 times a week we assemble a team to serve out food to the homeless in Thompkins Square Park, about 5 blocks away. Guests are welcome to join, but it is of course NOT required!

Guests have a good time in the E Vill. If you don’t know Manhattan, don’t be

fooled, Midtown is the worst. This part of town is really

happening,hip,young and fun. Not overpriced, eat, drink, party for

cheap! Inexpensive, great restaurants, no cover charges at most

places. Live music, lounges, sports bars, clubs,hookah bars,

galleries, everything! You name it, it’s close! If you are a younger

person (or not), this area is where it’s at! Feels like you’re out of

the city because there are no high rise buildings near by. You’re

going to love this area!
