You will find this location very convenient to the heart of Midtown as well as downtown. Additionally enjoy the running, biking paths, basketball courts and free kayaking along the Hudson River Park just a few blocks west of the apartment.

Beautiful one-bedroom, 2-story bungalow in historic 1920’s West Hollywood courtyard, available to swap for 2 1/2 – 3 months, beginning late September, for your Manhattan apartment.

Exact dates & duration are flexible. Just would like to be back in LA before Christmas. I’ve been living in Manhattan about half of the year and plan to return to NY this winter, if you would like to exchange again.

My place:
2 floors, ringed with windows and trees – fabulous light – set back from the street in classic 1920’s courtyard. Completely furnished – very comfortable & spacious, and includes a large office/study, has new bathroom/kitchen tile, deep soaking tub, wireless internet, etc.

Great location:
One of the most central locations that you can have. Walk to Sunset Strip, Runyan Canyon – close to multiple theaters / restaurants / shops / markets including Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. Next to Plummer Park with its weekly Farmer’s Market and outdoor public tennis courts. Centrally located for everything Hollywood & West Hollywood, including many of the studios.

I’ve been doing swaps for a number of years with much success, most recently in West Village and Meat Market / Chelsea. From NY, so know the city. And take great care of homes – looking for someone who would do the same.
