Rooms from 90th street and up in Manhattan start from $100 a week and up and rooms from 90th Street and lower start from $600 a month!
Currently we have information regarding 1000’s of availabilities which you may choose from.
Attention please: Any day you come to our office, we can show you different rooms. On the phone we CANNOT give you exact information of any available rooms. Different rooms are available when you are in our office. You will see rooms as many as you like until one is rented.
Of course prices of the rooms are always depending on the sizes, locations and availabilities of the Rooms.
Rooms are all Private and located inside apartments or houses or they could be individually located on a floor with a Private Entrance.
We can even help you rent a room with Cable, TV, Internet, desk, Etc.
We do have rooms with Private Entrances OR Private Bathrooms which you may call for availabilities.
Rooms with private Bath are ONLY for one person occupancy.
All the rooms are Private and you never share your room with anyone unless you choose to.
Rooms are all nice, safe, clean, close to shops and trains and you will have up to 3 keys to lock three doors behind you when you are inside.
Rentals included all utilities. We have rooms for one person, couples, three or even four people in one room.
Kids and Pets are always welcomed in our rooms.
Our lowest one time fee is only $90  and You are guaranteed to see rooms as many as you like until you rent one that you like .
Even in the future you need another room or if you need to relocate, you will never pay another fee ever again.
