Responsible, quiet, non-smoking, immaculate couple with local references seek UWS sub-let Sept 2010 through end of year or through March 31, 2011. We care for your books, music and musical instruments, plants, cat(s), art, and treasures, and we leave your place in as perfect or better shape than it was. We seek quiet, clean, bright, safe, furnished 1-2 bedroom, although we’ve taken care of much larger places in the UWS.

Looking for just a two week rental for visiting family – Oct 22 to Nov 5. A studio or 1 bedroom somewhere on the UES.

I’m on an internship in New York and still looking for a place to live!..
I’m interested in a sublet for 3 to 6 months (flexible) starting ASAP. Preferably a studio or 1 bedroom and couples allow, because my boyfriend is joining me end of october.

Exact dates & duration are flexible. Just would like to be back in LA before Christmas. I’ve been living in Manhattan about half of the year and plan to return to NY this winter, if you would like to exchange again.

My place:
2 floors, ringed with windows and trees – fabulous light – set back from the street in classic 1920’s courtyard. Completely furnished – very comfortable & spacious, and includes a large office/study, has new bathroom/kitchen tile, deep soaking tub, wireless internet, etc.

Great location:
One of the most central locations that you can have. Walk to Sunset Strip, Runyan Canyon – close to multiple theaters / restaurants / shops / markets including Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. Next to Plummer Park with its weekly Farmer’s Market and outdoor public tennis courts. Centrally located for everything Hollywood & West Hollywood, including many of the studios.

I’ve been doing swaps for a number of years with much success, most recently in West Village and Meat Market / Chelsea. From NY, so know the city. And take great care of homes – looking for someone who would do the same.
