Are you looking for a clean, neat and respectful person to rent a room from you starting June 1st? Well look no further. I am an employed female that is in need of a share. I would like the room to be furnished and the place clean and uncluttered. Bathroom and kitchen share is fine as long as you are respectful to clean up after yourself. The location needs to be super close to subways and getting to midtown west side quickly. Utilities included. A/C or fans a pluse. I live a clean and healthy lifestyle, prefers a quiet living situation, but am very sociable and friendly. If you have a rental in Manhattan only, starting June 1st send me an email. My boyfriend and I are in NYC for the summer and we are looking for a sublet beginning this week and ending June 30th (we are somewhat flexible on our ending date).

ABOUT US: Todd and I have been together for 3ish years and have been traveling around the world for the last two. We have been to 14 countries in the last 22 months and have had an amazing time getting to know the rest of the world. We are visiting NYC for the summer, but we are originally from Hawaii.
