This a completely furnished apartment in the East Village neighborhood of Manhattan. Sunny and private, this is not a share.

It’s studio apartment; decorated in an attractive, modern style. It combines the convenience of
staying in your own apartment while visiting New York City with the stylishness of a boutique hotel.
It is on the corner of 9th street and 1st avenue, in the heart of the East Village. Close to multiple subway lines and buses.
Ninth street is tree-lined and has many shops, restaurants and cafes on it.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, it is 260 square feet; there is the original wood fireplace, hardwood floors and large windows.
There’s a 32 inch flat-screen TV, a desktop computer, a home theater system. The kitchen area has a fridge, a stove, a coffee-maker.
Linens and towels are provided.
The bathroom has a shower and a full bathtub.
The bed is Queen size.

Cable TV with HBO and wireless internet is included.
2 people maximum.

The rate is $175 per night, all included ; there are no other additional fees.
I do not require an advance deposit. I accept payment upon arrival, when I will meet you to give you the keys.
