Hello,

I am relocating to Manhattan at the beginning of November and need to find a room to rent in an apartment. I am a responsible, tidy, fun and laid back female. I am currently living in Florida. I do have a job lined up for when I arrive so paying the bills is absolutely no problem. I am accustomed to living in shared accommodation and get along with everyone. I work a lot but when I’m not at work then I like to just chill, watch tv, read and exercise but I also like to go out dancing, meet new people and have a laugh. I am looking for a place to live where I can be friends with my roommates. I don’t mind having people over as long as it’s not every night and the “party” isn’t coming back every night. My passion is a to travel and meet new people.

I am looking for an apartment in the following areas: West/ East Village, Midtown West/ East, Chelsea, SoHo, Financial District, Flatiron District, Gramercy Park, TriBeCa and etc.

I don’t mind living with males or females as long as the individuals are tidy, responsible, respectful, laid back and know how to have fun. I do have some furniture to bring up with me should I need to.
