Use of all facilities. Elevator, laundry, dishwasher, great kitchen. Close to transportation. Quick to midtown, west side, anywhere downtown like Chinatown and Little Italy. Furnished with a queen bed, desk.Has air conditioning/ heater.Wireless internet, HBO (living room). Large, nice bathroom. WE HAVE THE BEST VIEWS POSSIBLE!! Huge roof deck (priceless, out of a postcard). Your own keys.

Other room is $100/ night single, $115/ night couple.
No extra fees or taxes.

Stay in a good environment. You won’t feel uncomfortable, I guarantee it. Guests have a good time. If you don’t know Manhattan, don’t be fooled, Midtown is the worst. This part of town is really happening,hip,young and fun. Not overpriced, eat, drink, party for cheap! Inexpensive, great restaurants, no cover charges at most places. Live music, lounges, sports bars, clubs,hookah bars, galleries, everything! You name it, it’s close! If you are a younger person (or not), this area is where it’s at! Feels like you’re out of the city because there are no high rise buildings near by. You’re going to love this area!

“Our room was big, we slept well. We had enough space for our enormous suitcases. Alan is a friendly host, open minded, who gave us a lot of advices how to use the subway etc, where to go and where perhaps not to go. The environment is busy, lifely, perfect for those who want to get an idea of NYC’s nightlife. We had dinner and breakfast in several restaurants in the neighbourhood, not too expensive and quite tasty.”
