Manhattan NY Lodging Accommodations

My name is Mary Ann and I live in the East Village of Manhattan. I have lived in my apartment for over 20 years and I can no longer afford the rent. I am looking for another space, either a share or an apartment, studio, long term sublet or one bedroom (difficult to find with the rent I can afford). I also have an older cat that I would like to take along. He is clean and quiet. I can add that I can provide many services along with the rent, such as babysitting, nanny, many office skills, assisting older adults to hospitals, shopping, paying bills, etx., dog walking, caretaking, housekeeping.. I am responsible, caring, hard working and can provide references to my babysitting/nanny skills. I am looking in all the boroughs, Upstate New York and also New Jersey.
