Nice couple (late 50s – cultural arts writers – non-smokers, no pets) looking for a 2-3br apartment in the Upper West Side. We currently live in Forest Hills, but are considering a move to the UWS if we can find the right place at the right price.

The apartment must be:
Located between 59th-96th street.
Over 1,000 sq. ft.
Two bedrooms at least 10′ by 12′
One bath if fine, more a plus
Separate kitchen with good appliances including dishwasher (gas stove a plus)
Must be on first or second floor in a walk-up.
Maximum rent is $2,600 (assuming we pay utilities)
No fee paid!

Our current least runs out on May 31 – though we would consider renting beginning May 1.

We have excellent credit, good references and a secure (business, pension, investment) income over $120,000.
