need a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment for rent.
NO credit check (will explain), have pay stubs, and rental refrences.
would like all utilities include but will be willing to pay depending on apartment.
NO realator
by owner rentals only.
can only manage 1 month security, and first month to move in while renting a home up-state ( place that I’m moving out of).
would like washer/dryer in building or unit.
do not care if it a walk up depending what floor.
