Manhattan NY Lodging Accommodations

my name is gregory! I am a 28 year old filmmaker who currently resides in queens. I am currently on a limited income and money is REALLY TIGHT. Due to personal differences with my current roommate, i am currently looking for another living situation and can afford to pay first months rent only. However, i do come with references and will furnish you with pay-stubs from the two jobs i work as proof that i am employed and trustworthy.

so with that in mind, let me tell you a what i am like around the house as a roommate. I work from 6am to 10am at job number 1, and i work from 10:30am to 6:00pm at job number 2, so i am out of the house most of the day. I like to cook and have been known to share what i cook with my roommates as a token of appreciation. i do my fair share of housework, and like to keep things orderly as per the arraignment with my fellow roommates. on the saturdays i work a four hour shift at job number one also. after my shift on the weekends, i come home, get out of my work clothes, cook lunch and now that the weather is nicer, like to get out of the house and hang out with friends. on my day off i am also known to be out of the house a good portion of the day also, so i hope you get the idea that you will barely see me around the house if your the type of roommate who craves privacy.

i smoke, so if you dont mind a smoker that would be swell and i will smoke outside of the house if you ask me to. i do not drink or use any sort of illicit substances (i do have two years clean and sober and i like to think i lead a relatively sane life so insofar as drama is concerned i not only do not tolerate it, i am not about drama period) and when i am not working, i am working on projects that i would like to see developed (i am currently trying to get my first short into production a.s.a.p) so i am usually quiet and working on that also.

i am gay, however i do not mind living with straight people just as long as your cool and drama free. if ever you see me around the house and your chill and mellow, i am also chill and mellow and would like to engage in friendly conversation and hope that not only does the roommate situation work beautifully, i hope that a friendship also arises out of it also. the most i can afford to pay is $600 a month rent and utilities total. I am looking to live in either astoria queens, long island city, washington heights, or the upper west side if the occasion arises. i hope to hear from you soon and am looking to leave my current situation by 4/1.
