Adorable Apartment located in the Heart of NYC. It’s a little hidden Treasure. Even if OTHER apartments are listed for the same money or a little less you WON’T FIND ONE in THIS LOCATION in Manhattan and WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO EVERYTHING EVERYONE WHO VISITS AND KNOWS NEW YORK WOULD WANT TO SEE AND NEED, especially so CLEAN and CUTE!!! Most of New York’s tourist destinations are within walking distance from this location. And, many of the listings going for the same rate are either further uptown/downtown, share situation or outside Manhattan like Brooklyn or Queens (where public transportation is required!). The price is $125 per night. I also have additional dates as I will be traveling through February and March- but for this location, space and price it won’t last long- so hurry!

Very cute, recently remodeled, NICE and CLEAN apartment that faces the street with wonderful large windows. So you get lots of SUN and Natural Light. The apartment is CLEAN with a nice size den, high ceilings, 19″ Television, DVD for usage, a leather couch, decorative fireplace and a small eat in area complete with a wireless connection. Also included is a small quaint one bedroom (NOT A STUDIO) that has a very comfortable NEW PLATFORM LOFT bed- perfect for two people. AGAIN, this is not a studio but an actual 1 bedroom apartment. The apartment has a small kitchen area with all the conveniences. The bathroom has old world charm and is very cute. It’s complete with a soaking tub and shower.

Please only CLEAN, seriously interested parties apply. PLEASE NO SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT and NO ANIMALS. This is a GREAT DEAL as it is located in the heart of one of the hottest areas in NY and has a view of one of Chelsea’s main streets. Plus, you can WALK EVERYWHERE and are only several blocks away from the water where you can see the Statue of Liberty- enjoy a nice walk or run in the morning or an evening stroll on the promenade just a few blocks away… You may even choose to visit one of the popular destination sites (all within 5 minutes) Meat Packing District, West Village, Union Square…. or perhaps visit the Soho, East Village, Greenwich Village, Madison Square Gardens, Empire State Building, Time Square or many other places all from my front door (15-20 minute walk by foot) that is if you decide you are board of the MANY, MANY great restaurants, bars and other site to choose from just blocks away from the apartment, just out my door.. And lastly, you have within 1/2 and 2 blocks 5 major subway stops if you don’t feel the urge to walk (1,A,C,E or L trains)!! THIS IS A GREAT, GREAT LOCATION… Most of the apartments listed are outside of the city for the same amou nt. And, Even when I lived in Soho this location is not only better for convenience but is incredible for being able to see the city and WALK everywhere… as well as having the opportunity to take public transportation within a few blocks from all the major subway lines. I am locate d just a few blocks away from the wonderful Joyce Theatre as well as many other hidden specialty theatres and other cool venues. THIS IS A PRIME LOCATION.

DETAILS:
- $125/ per night (2 people occupancy). Arrangements can be made for a 3rd person for an additions per/night fee
- $200.00 deposit is required by paypal or check upon booking which will be returned after you leave (with apartment fully intact and no damages)
- Payment in full for the rental must be made day of arrival in cash or before, if so desired via paypal or check.
- A charge of $65 will also be made for a cleaning service per visit up to 1 week + $15 laundry fee
(Laundry fee will be waved if payment of 50% of payment is made upon booking)
