Manhattan NY Lodging Accommodations

I am a single 37yr male with a pet(dog) currently staying with family and am now seeking a place of my own. I am employed with 2 positions an can pay the amount posted mthly. I seek a place that can give me a piece of mind, is clean and has neighbors of the same quality. The problem as with many now a days is that i never established a credit line due to the fact that I have delt in cash. My last apt was in my ex-wifes name so no help there. If you can understand then maybe there is an apt you can rent to me. Thank you.
